How to Measure:
Neck Circumference: Measure all the way around the neck with the help of measuring tape. Don't forget the one-finger distance between the neck and measuring tape.
Chest Circumference: With arms relaxed down at your sides, measure the fullest part of your chest, all the way around your body from front to back. Waist Circumference: Measure all the way around your waist with the help of measuring tape normally where you wear your pants. Don't forget the one-finger distance between the waist and measuring tape for accurate measurement.
