Step 1: Share Your Ideas with Us

We will start by sharing ideas. Once you reach out to us and share your idea or logo that you want to print, our graphic designer will create a unique jersey and sweatshirt design. Before creating a design for your company, our designers research your company and its history to learn more about the brand identity. After completing the design, our team will share it via PDF or JPG for you to review and approve or request revisions. 

Step 2: Sublimation Print Physical Sample for Approval

Once you approve the design and the pictures we shared with you, we will move on to the print step. We will send you photos with all the details for approval, or we can deliver a physical sample for your review. Once you like the sample, we will request a 30% deposit to start producing. After receiving the payment, we will happily move your order into our queue for production. 

Step 3: The Production

The production will begin right after the deposit. We will organize a meeting with sales, designers, technicians, the production chief, and the QC chief to explain all the details regarding the design to ensure everything is in the right way. Based on your request, we can share photos and videos at every stage of your order. The average lead time for production is 2-3 weeks, with a production capacity of 100,000 pieces per month.

Step 4: Shipping 

After completing your order, we will continue to the shipping process. All the details of an invoice, packing list, carton mark, gross weight, net weight, volume weight, photos of design, and packing related to your order will be sent in advance. We will recommend the best shipping method according to order quantity. For shipping 1-100pcs, we recommend ship by courier express. For shipping 100-1000pcs, we recommend shipping by air. And for more than 1000pcs, we recommend shipping by sea. We will also send the cost for all shipping methods in advance so you can check and make a better decision.
