Christmas Sock Manufacturing
Christmas sock production mainly focuses on 168 stitches and 200 stitches. The larger the stitch number, the greater the density, and the stronger and tighter the socks will be. The tension of 144-needle socks is relatively loose; they deform easily and become uncomfortable, so they are not recommended. A larger stitch number is also more conducive for making small details in the pattern.
In terms of raw materials, high-end customers will choose cotton and spandex, and some customers will put forward functional requirements, such as antibacterial and deodorization functions. This line of functional requirements is mainly solved through raw materials, such as adding antibacterial fiber or silver fiber. The low-grade market is primarily focused on polyester.
Most of the patterns are shared with Christmas sweaters and designed in series. Colors are mainly bright and fashionable, and the sock design usually uses no less than four colors. We have many commonly used material colors in stock, so it is very convenient for designers to develop new samples quickly. Our most frequently used color cards are the Shanshan and Pantone color cards for pure cotton.
