We have a series of designed templates you can also select one of them if you don't have a specific design.
Custom Socks Design
The client will provide their own customized design through a picture or just explain the design he wants to create. You can also ask for one of our designs from our template. Pantone Color
Client satisfaction is our main priority. We have Pantone color books and Shanshan color books, or you can send you physical color standards for samples.

Step 2 involves confirmation of your order material, quantity, and size. At this step, clients confirm all the requirements and note them down.
Quantity

Composition
The main materials that we use for manufacturing socks include cotton, polyester, organic cotton, wool, etc. We recommend lightweight, breathable, and material with more absorbing quality. Anyhow, it depends on your final use.

5. Bulk Production Of Custom Socks

Step 5 is all about the production of bulk quantity. Our sales and QC experts will take care of the whole process. Production may take 30 to 45 days depending upon quantity.
The production process is the same as the sampling stage. Let's discuss some details:
Pattern coding
We have a team of professionals who will translate your customized design coding into machine codes that are readable by knitting machines. These machines will knit your design using jacquard, plain, rib technology, etc. The other most important issue is to correct or improve all coding problems that happened in the sampling process before bulk.
Yarn preparation
We have experienced yarn suppliers that are working with us. We have thousands of colors of yarns in stock. For making custom colors we also dye yarns at this stage by using Pantone color. During this process, the most important thing is to use approved correct colors for bulk.
Knitting Socks
After translating the designs into the machine-friendly language (codes) machines can easily read these codes and start working accordingly. Machines will run the program and knit the yarn threads into desired design. 1st inline-inspection.
Sewing Socks
Knitting machines usually make a cylinder tube. So we need to stitch toes together and remove defective pieces. This process is either done by the machines or manually. Second-line inspection.
Boarding
To keep the shape of your socks, sizing, clean and clear, they are sent into a boarding machine. Under proper pressure and temperature, this process will kill bacteria without damaging a single product meanwhile to keep perfect shape and sizing as required. In this step, the socks get their proper shape which is very important for pairing.
Pairing And Labeling Socks
After boarding the pairing of socks becomes easy. At this stage, your custom socks are paired and labeled according to your requirements. Each pair of socks will get a custom label and hangtag.

6. Pay The Balance

For custom socks, you have to pay the balance after the manufacturing is complete and ready for shipment.
– As our regular customers, we have flexible payment terms before order production.
– But if you are a new customer you have to pay the balance before shipment.

7. Shipment

The final step of the process of socks manufacturing is shipment. Relax and wait for your order. We can also help with customs clearance.
– Sea: It is the most cost-effective method of international and bulk order shipping. It requires more time than train or express. This method is the most recommended except for urgent delivery.
– Air: It is more expensive than sea shipping and less expensive than courier express. It is an intermediate way to get your order within a minimum time at reasonable rates.
– Courier Express: If you want to get your order within a few days (3 to 5) you can use express shipping services. But it is the most expensive method of shipping. We recommend it for small batches of delivery or extreme urgent orders.
