Packing List

A document that contains the information related to the product and its packing during international trading is called a packing list. Best way to add as much information as you can include in the price list. Usually, it contains information about the exporter, freight forwarder, packing method, dimension, etc. The main information that you should add to a packing list includes;

➔Freight forwarder contact information
➔Exporter contact information
➔Cargo origin address for example China
➔The destination address of cargo, for example, UK
➔Total number of Cartons or packages within the specific shipment
➔A detailed description of every package

Insurance Certificate

Legal notice and certificate from an insurer that shows that you have insurance for your shipment are called Insurance certificates. It can also be called a certificate of liability insurance or proof of insurance.
When you are reviewing an insurance certificate for your shipment of customized socks always keep these points in your mind;

BL, Bol, or bill of lading is an official legal document issued to a shipper from his client. Bill of lading contains all the information like the type of shipment, the quantity of the shipment, and destination information. It is also considered a shipment receipt. The Lading bill should be signed by the carrier, the shipper, and by the receiver.

Certificate Of Origin

An important international trade document to facilitate trade and customs requirements. This certificate confirms that the goods have been produced and obtained from a particular country of origin, in our case China.
