Chapter 7: Most Used Accessories For Socks

1. Hang Tag
Usually for socks hangtag contains the whole information including trademark, manufacturing, brand name, size, bar code, etc. Hangtag is used to clip the socks together.

2. Polybag
One polybag per piece is used for each customized socks pair packing.
We use at least 4mm thickness polybag. The size and warning at back can be customized too.

3. Barcode
Special barcodes are there on each piece. By scanning these barcodes you can get all the information about that product including the style number, size, material, supplier, price, etc. It is considered a key for identification and attached with the hangtag and also printed on the outside of the polybag.

4. Cartons
Usually, we use carton sizes 40*30*40cm. But according to customer needs and requirements carton size can be customized.
5. Carton Marks
Carton marks are always customized according to clients and brands. Carton marks include both front and side marks.
– Front marks include all the important information like the brand logo, order number, trademark, and country of origin. This is very important to avoid wrong delivery during transportation.
– The side marks show all the information about the product such as size, quantity, box size, gross and net weight, etc.
– For bulk orders, we print the carton marks directly on cartons but for some small orders, we print these marks information on A4 computer paper and attach it to the carton.
